I’m Christopher McKinley, the proud owner of Chris McKinley Event Design, and I am truly honored that you are here. Please take a moment to explore and discover the luxurious experiences we create. At heart, I am simply someone who loves making life beautiful. As a Louisiana native, I carry my southern heritage with me, weaving warmth, elegance, and authenticity into every event so that each celebration holds a piece of my story as well as yours.

Since 2016, I have had the privilege of designing unforgettable events across the Southeast and now in the mountains of Utah. My passion for celebrating life comes from my late mother, whose spirit continues to inspire me to honor every moment with intention. She taught me that true beauty is found in the details, and I carry that belief into every experience I design for my clients.

Along the way, I have been honored with recognition such as the Business of the Year award from the Next Generation Pioneers and the 40 Under 40 award from the Baton Rouge Business Report. My journey has included organizing signature experiences like Brunch en Blanc in Baton Rouge, serving as an emcee for major events, and creating meaningful moments for clients who trust me with their milestones. I have been fortunate to design experiences for couples celebrating their most intimate occasions, as well as for notable guests such as Tamar Braxton, Anthony Hamilton, Gary Chambers, Kenny Lattimore, Tamika Termaglio, Jaime Wynn, Morris Chestnut, J. Alexander Martin, and respected corporate clients including the Utah Black Chamber of Commerce.
